If you have worked with me in the last several years, chances are you have spoken with my cousin and now work partner, Sara Edmondson. Sara has been with me since 2020, earning her Real Estate License as well as working to earn her degree in Marketing from the University of TN. Sara graduated from UT in May of 2023 and stepped into her role as a full time buyer’s agent, working to assist our clients as they purchase their dream homes.
Sara grew up in Nashville but her roots, and large family, are in the Halls & Powell Community. When she was a little girl she would often accompany me on Real Estate errands. Coming full circle and having her work with me has been a blessing and asset to my business.
Sara excels in working with all types of home buyers. Her expertise helps guide our buyers through the lending process, home purchasing, and successful closing of their home. She is patient and assertive at all the right times in order to negotiate our buyers the right price for the right home. Throughout the buying process, she is there to advise, guide, and, most importantly, close the deal!
Aside from Sara’s work skills, she brings energy and enthusiasm to the office. She is constantly working to make our team better and more efficient. Sara’s marketing background and training are a valuable tool to our team as we list and market homes. She is gifted in promoting homes and sharing our real estate world with you through social media, brand marketing, content marketing, and more!
